Return policy
We want you to love your BBHGWM purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
In its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount.
Altered or customized items.
Swimwear and bodysuits (if applicable, with hygiene seals removed).
Underwear and intimate apparel.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@bbhgwm.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Sale items are only eligible for a refund in the form of store credit.
5. Exchanges
We only exchange items for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
To request an exchange, please follow the standard return process and specify the desired new size in your email.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@bbhgwm.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a full refund, exchange, or replacement at our discretion.
7. Store Credit
You may choose to receive refunds in the form of BBHGWM store credit, which does not expire.
8. Final Sale Items
All purchases marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
